At WOBBL3D, every adorable mini fidget toy starts as an idea—but turning that idea into reality takes precision, creativity, and the right tools. Since starting our 3D printing journey in October 2024, we've carefully expanded our setup to ensure the best quality and efficiency for our designs. Today, we’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at the powerhouse machines that bring our creations to life!

Our 3D Printing Journey

Our journey began with a single Bambu P1S—a fantastic printer that set the foundation for what WOBBL3D has become. As demand grew and we fine-tuned our process, we added another P1S and then a Bambu X1C, a high-performance machine known for its speed and accuracy. Fast forward to today, and our workshop is now home to four P1S printers and one X1C, each playing a crucial role in bringing our cute, high-quality designs to life.

From Concept to Print

So, how do we turn an idea into one of WOBBL3D’s signature mini fidget toys? Here’s a quick breakdown:

1. Sourcing Designs – We have a subscription or commercial license with talented designers who create the 3D models we bring to life.

2. Slicing & Printing – Using Bambu Lab’s software, we optimize the print settings for quality and efficiency. The P1S and X1C take care of the rest, layer by layer.

3. Post-Processing – Once printed, we inspect, clean, and test each piece to ensure it meets our standards before sending it to its new home.
